Any way to configure a public folder to automatically  save replies in the folder instead of sent items?
I want to have customer emails come into their own public folder, and have multiple people people handle the emails based on their content. When they click on reply, I want the reply to be save to the public folder.I would rather not have to configure client-side rules to perform this. Is this possible within Exchange? Are their 3rd-party products that can be integrated into exchange to perform this function? Thanks

This is not possible, replies will allways go into sent items Even create rules would be very difficult 3rd parties? Check www.slipstick.com Deli
